2. Orders and Pricing

Clients can contact to place orders via Contract.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Interfresh F&B.
2.2 FOB Price

The pricing for our products is based on FOB Price, as per Incoterms 2020.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are negotiated.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Responsibility

Interfresh F&B is responsible for the delivery until the goods are loaded onto the transport vessel at the agreed-upon location.
4.2 Shipping documents

Interfresh F&B will provide necessary shipping documents.
5. Quality and Inspection

Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery.

Any quality concerns must be reported within negotiated specified time frame.

Returns are accepted based on negotiation.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the course of business confidential.
7. Amendment and Termination
Interfresh F&B reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
