Interfresh Food and Beverage Terms and Conditions

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • "Interfresh F&B" refers to Interfresh Food and Beverage Company Limited, registered at 194/8 Street 8, Linh Xuan ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

  • "Client" refers to the party engaging in business with Interfresh F&B.

  • "FOB Price" refers to the Free On Board pricing, as defined by Incoterms 2020.

2. Orders and Pricing

2.1 Placing Orders

  1. Clients can contact to place orders via Contract.

  2. All orders are subject to acceptance by Interfresh F&B.

2.2 FOB Price

  1. The pricing for our products is based on FOB Price, as per Incoterms 2020.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Responsibility

  1. Interfresh F&B is responsible for the delivery until the goods are loaded onto the transport vessel at the agreed-upon location.

4.2 Shipping documents

  1. Interfresh F&B will provide necessary shipping documents.

5. Quality and Inspection

  1. Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery.

  2. Any quality concerns must be reported within negotiated specified time frame.

  3. Returns are accepted based on negotiation.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the course of business confidential.

7. Amendment and Termination

Interfresh F&B reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
